Order Processing Time

Courier Call Attempt Policy
"Our courier will contact you by phone up to three times to coordinate delivery. If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled and returned. Please keep your phone nearby during the delivery period."
Returns & refunds
At Concha, your safety and hygiene come first. For this reason, we do not accept any returns or exchanges after the courier has left. Swimwear is an intimate item. To protect our customers, we cannot take back any piece that has been tried on, had its hygiene label removed, or is returned without its original packaging. You're welcome to inspect your order upon delivery while the courier is present. If you choose not to receive the item, the delivery fee must still be paid, as shipping services are already fulfilled.
